I know it’s just the start of December, but I can’t help talking about Christmas.  Christmas is everywhere, trees, decorations, parties, gatherings, family, friends and gifts.

I’ve been gathering ideas for gifts for the past couple of months now.  Trouble is I cant share the actual gifts I’m giving as that would give the game away.

So I got to thinking what I would like in my stocking…

Everyone loves posh undies for Christmas. This year I’m choosing Silent Assembly for its no wires underwire technology.

Relaxing comes top of my list at Christmas time and what better way to do this than with an Olverum Bath Oil to soothe my aching limbs and a Aromatherapy Associates Candle to fill the air with perfume?

 Finally after all of those mince pies and christmas pudding it might be time to start thinking about that waistline, Yoga is my exercise of choice and I’ll be packing AM/PM Yoga for Beginners and Detox Yoga to revive me into the New Year.

So there you have it, more gift guides later in the week, however it’s now Sunday Afternoon it’s BBC Radio 6 Music’s Albums of the year and it might be time to light the fire and think about cooking a hot pot of goodness, then snooze and zone out.
